Chicken boti with fresh herbs

Ingredients :
1/2 kg chicken breast boneless
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
Salt to taste
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup coriander
4-5 green chillies
1/2 teaspoon white pepper if not available then black pepper
2 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon coconut ground
3 tablespoon lemon juice
Oil as required

Method :

  • Wash the chicken breast and cut into square pieces.
  • Grind coriander,parsley,green chilli and coconut togather. then add salt, yogurt, pepper and ginger garlic paste in it. marinate chicken peices in this mixture for one hour in refrigerator.
  • You can BBQ this or grill on grilling pan.
  • Preheat the grilling pan for 8-10 minutes then drop oil on it as less as you can. set the chicken pieces on shashlik sticks and grill on medium heat from both sides. when grilling glaze both sides with lemon juice. grill until tender. serve with lemon or ketchup.
