Ingredients :

12 ounces very fresh (sushi-grade) white-fleshed ocean fish
1 kg. of Lemon
Half a green pepper
Half a red pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium purple onion
Chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Olive oil
Salt and pepper and cumin

Method :

  • Cut the fish into 1/4-inch dice.
  • Place in a glass dish with the lemon juice, red and green peppers, onion, and garlic.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the cilantro.
