Murgh Bhuna Masalai

Ingredients:

Chicken 1 k.g
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Yoghurt 200 gms.
Tomatoes 200 gms.
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Mint 1/4 bunch
Coriander fresh 1/4 bunch
Green chillies 2-3 whole
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder 1 tsp (less or more)
Turmeric 1 tsp

Method :

  • In a blander put onion, tomatoes, mint leaves and make a fine paste.
  • In a pan heat oil and 1 tbsp of butter add ginger garlic paste fry,add chicken and fry well.
  • Add onion, tomatoes paste,turmeric and let it cook for 5-6 minutes. now add beaten yoghurt ,chilli powder,cumin seeds,whole green chillies and cook on medium heat till the chicken is tender.
  • Add chilli flakes, salt and chopped coriander, simmer on low heat till the gravy is completely thick now add the remaining butter and serve with chapati or any thing you like.
