Roast Potatoes

1 packet baby potatoes, halved, and steamed for about 10 minutes
2 red onions, sliced
Olive oil
Sea salt
Some sprigs of fresh rosemary
Balsamic vinegar


  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celcius
  • Layer your roast potatoes in a baking tray
  • Sprinkle with olive oil
  • Add the red onions and mix through, using your hands
  • Season with the salt, pepper and paprika, giving it a bit of a stir
  • Sprinkle some balsamic vinegar on a bake until crispy, about 30 min
