Ingredients

4 Potatoes
coriander powder
Garam masala powder
Chilli powder
Salt
Ajwine
Bread grams or Rusk grams
chopped onions
chopped coriander
ghee

Method

  • Boil potatoes and mash it. Add a pinch of salt and ajwine, half tea spoon of chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder. Mix thoroughly. Garnish it with chopped coriander.
  • Make it into small balls, dust it on bread grams or rusk grams and mould it into required shape. Either fry it on pan (greece it with ghee) or deep fry it.
  • Serve it hot with tomato sauce or chilli sauce and finely chopped onions.
