Ingredients :

1 kg Chicken
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon Garlic paste
2 teaspoon red pepper ground
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoon cumin seed
1 tablespoon aniseed
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon dry ginger
4-6 green chilies
1 cup chopped coriander
1/2 cup mint chopped
4 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
Oil for frying

Method :

  • Wash the chicken and then dry with a kitchen towel.
  • Roast the cumin seed, ani seed and oregano for 2 to 3 minutes and grind it.
  • Blend this dry mixture with mint, coriander,green chili and vinegar in a blender.
  • Add 2 tablespoon olive oil in this mixture and all purpose flour make a thick paste. Add water as much required for thick paste.
  • Marinate chicken in this mixture for one hour in refrigerator.
  • In a deep skillet preheat the oil on medium heat then fry the chicken until done and crisp.
  • If you don’t want to fry then bake the chicken in oven.
