Ingredients :

Chicken – 1 kg
Chili Paste – ½ cup
Soya Sauce – 3 tablespoon
BBQ Sauce – ½ cup
Oyster Sauce – 2 tablespoon
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 teaspoon
Soup Cube – 1
Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt to Taste
Oil for Fry

Method:

  • Cut the Chicken into serving pieces.
  • In a bowl put rest of the ingredients together and mix them well.
  • Then add the Chicken pieces to the mixture and mix it.
  • Marinate the Chicken for 3 hours.
  • Then fry them in a medium fire.
