Ingredients :
1 cupp fat free blueberry yogurt(easily available)
1/2 cup reduced fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup sliced stawberries
2 tablespoon fat free granola
1 teaspoon crushed almonds
2 teaspoon grated dark choclate

Method :

  • In individual cups or large bowl, combine thw yogurt, cheese,berries,granola and nuts, grate the choclate over the top.
