Ingredients
60 ml butter
8-10 slices bread or cake slices broken into pieces
250 ml cream
300 ml milk
50 ml peaches
120 grams sugar
2-3 eggs beaten
60 ml raisins
60 ml desiccated coconut
60 ml chopped nuts or walnuts
3 ml ground cinnamon
Nutmeg 1 pinch
For sauce:
60 ml butter
80 ml icing sugar
1 small egg yolk
Method
- In a bowl put all the ingredients and mix well and cook for 20 -25 minutes until a thick rich pudding is formed.
- For the sauce beat the butter and icing sugar together, beat until its beaten completely then add egg yolk in it and beat well until creamy. Then keep aside.
- Now put the pudding in baking dish and pour the sauce on it and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle the icing sugar on it and serve.
