2 tbsp salsa
1/4 cup shredded low fat chadder cheese
1/4 cup fresh coriender
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Egg white of four large eggs
1/4 cup chicken boneless peices
1 large whole wheat tortila or chapati
2 teaspoon olive oil
- In a nonstick pan add 1 tsp olive oil then add diced chicken into it and cook over medium-high heat just until surface start to brown.
- Spread the cooked chicken on chapati or tortila.
- Again add olive oil to pan and scramble the egg whites togather with coriender,salt and pepper.
- When cooked then spread on chapati top with cheese and salsa fold and enjoy.
