Delicias del Peru: A weekend of Peruvian delights:
The cuisine of Peru is among the most diverse in South America, with influences from Europe, Asia and West Africa, as well as Creole and traditional indigenous elements.
We will be exploring the “Delights of Peru” for a whole weekend with dishes such as Ceviche (refreshing seafood salad), Aji de Gallina (creamy and spicy pulled chicken), crispy Yuca fries with Ají sauce, Causa (potato and avocado starter) and Rocoto Relleno (stuffed rocoto peppers), all washed down with a strong Pisco Sour or Chilcano. And as always, about half of the menu will be vegan.
