Ingrediants :

Capsicum large ones-4
Onions-2
Cumin seeds-1/4 Tsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 Tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 Tsp
Besan Powder-2 Tbs
Oil-5 Tbs
Red chilly powder-2 Tsp
Coriander Powder-2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 Tsp
Salt – 11/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves.

Method :

  • Finely chop the onions.
  • Remove the seeds from the capsicum cut it into medium pieces.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan.Put the mustard seeds.when it crackles put the cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.
  • Add the chopped onions and saute for another 5 mins.Add the sliced capsicum and saute till it is half cooked.
  • Now add red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.once the capsicum is cooked add the besan powder and cumin powder and mix well.Add curry leaves and remove from fire.
  • Serve with rice,chappatis or dosas.
