Ingredients :

1 pint cherry
1 cup cherry
6 sprigs fresh lavender or as available
6 sprigs fresh mint leaves
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 quart seltzer water( soda water)

Method :

  • In a sauce pan over medium heat combine watet, sugar,mint and lavender. let the mixture simmer untillsugar dissolve then strain.
  • In a blender add cherries and strain syrup and ice and blend until smooth.
  • When serveing in glass top with soda water and garnish with mint leaves.
