Ingredients :

500gms chicken pieces boneless
2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
3-4 tbsp curd
¼ tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp chilly powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
¼ tsp red food colour
1-2 tbsp corn flour
Salt to taste

Ingredients for Garnishing :

Onion sliced
Green chilly sliced
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Sliced lemon / lime

Oil for frying

METHOD :

  • Marinate the above ingredients together and keep for 4 hours or overnight in fridge.
  • Heat up oil & deep fry till cooked & crispy.
  • Garnish with onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilly and slice of lemon.
