Serve : 3-4 people

Ingredients:

Chicken (Boneless) or paneer 300 gms cut in cubes
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Cream cheese spread 2 tbsp
Thick fresh cream 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Rock salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green chillies 1 tbsp (finely chopped) use less or more
Green coriander 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Honey 1 tsp
Cumin powder 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Butter as required

Method:

  • Take chicken cubes and mix with lemon juice ,refrigerate chicken for 1 hour.
  • In a bowl mix all ingredients add chicken cubes and again refrigerate the chicken for 2-3 hours.
  • Now take wooden skewers and soak in water for 1/2 an hour.
  • Place chicken pieces on single wooden skewer and then grill them till tender and golden brown.
  • Brush with butter.
  • Serve hot with your desired dip and onion rings.
