Ingredients :
Chicken legs – 6
Curd – 3 tb sp
Ginger pasts – 1/2 tea sp
Garlic paste – 1/2 tea sp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tea sp
Chilly sauce – 1/2 tea sp
Soya sauce – 1/2 tea sp
Orange red color – 1 pinch
Aginomoto – 1 pinch
Salt – to taste
Egg – 1
Bread crunch – 1 cup
Oil – as required

Method :

  • Mix all ingredients from 2 to 10 thoroughly and add chicken legs into that and stir well.
  • Keep in fridge for 12 hrs.
  • Take the chicken legs in a vessel having thick bottom. Heat without adding water.
  • Flip the chicken legs so as to get both the sides roasted.
  • See to it that the entire mixture is coated on the chicken legs.
  • Dip them in whipped egg, get coated with bread crunches and fry in oil.
  • Cut small pieces of aluminium foil and pack the chicken legs with that.
