Ingredients for marinating::

Chicken tenders 12 or cut thick pieces of chicken breast
Salt 1 tsp heaped
Red chili powder/ black pepper 1 tsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Ginger, garlic paste or powder 1 tsp

Mix all above ingredients with chicken and keep aside.

Ingredients for dry coating:

All purpose flour and corn flour 1 cup ( half n half)

Ingredients for egg coating:

Eggs 2
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Red chili powder 1/3 tsp

Beat all the above ingredients with eggs and keep aside.

Ingredients for final coating:

Bread slices 4
Red or yellow food color ¼ tsp

Method:

  • Chop the bread slices in chopper till it forms to fresh crumbs then add food color and mix well.
  • Now the crumbs will be red in color.
  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • First coat chicken pieces with flour mixture. Then dip in egg mixture and finally coat with bread crumbs.
  • Fry on medium heat till crispy. That’s it

Tip: If u r diet conscious then U can grill as well.
