Ingredients :

1 bunch cilantro (coriander), finely slice
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 green chilies, seeded and finely diced or Merkén (Chilean Chile Mapuche´s recipe)
1 cloves garlic finely diced
4 tablespoons oil
Salt, pepper
I Tablespoon white vinegar
I tomato finely diced
*Secret: Add a half of lemon

Method :

  • In a bowl add the oil, garlic, onion, coriander, tomato, chili or merkén,vinegar.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. If necessary add a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Serve at room temperature.
