15ml oil
1 large onion, chopped
300g leftover mince
1 can chopped tomatoes
125ml beef stock
30ml tomato paste
50ml sweet chilli sauce
1-2 red chillies, finely chopped
some fresh oregano
1 can red kidney beans
salt and pepper to taste


  • Saute the onion in the oil.
  • Add everything besdies the beans, and cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Add the beans, and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Tip :I usually serve it on pasta.
