2 – 4 Ripe Bananas
1/4 cup Flour
1/4 cup Frosted Rice Krispies, crushed
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
3 Tablespoons Sweetened Shredded Coconut
1/3 cup Milk
1/3 teaspoon Baking Soda
Oil for frying
- Peel and cut bananas angled, about 1/3 inch thickness.
- Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Incorporate all ingredients. Mixture will be a little thick.
- Heat oil in frying pan. Coat one bananas in mixture and dry until golden brown. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and drizzle with maple syrup to serve.
