Ingredients:

Crab meat – 70 gms.
Onions – 2 (Big)
Garlic – 4 cloves
Green chillies – 3-4
Parsley – 10 gms.
Salt to taste
Egg- 1
Breadcrumbs- 100 gms.
Potato- 1 (Big)
Flour- 10 gms.

For the Sauce:

Tomato-1 (Big)
Onion-1 (Big)
Garlic- 4 cloves
Celery- 5 gms.
Tabasco sauce- 10 gms
Salt to taste

Method to make Sauce:

  • Add all the ingredients required for making the sauce in a blender. Collect the sauce by straining it with a strainer. There, your sauce is ready!

Method:

  • Place the crab meat in a bowl. Add chopped onions, garlic, parsley and green chillies to the meat. Also add salt and flour.
  • Mix the ingredients smoothly. Prepare small balls from the mixture.
  • Spread bread crumbs on a dish. In a small bowl crack the egg and beat it with salt and pepper.
  • Now dip the balls in the egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the crab balls till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with potato fingers and the prepared sauce.
