200 gm fish sliced
Egg lightly beaten
Oil for deep frying
Ingredients for Seasoning
4 dried chills
1 tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
Grind all the ingredients to powder
- Dust fish with flour, quick dip into egg, breadcrumbs & deep fry in hot oil until golden brown colour.
- Mix with chilly & salt powder.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
