200 gm fish sliced
Corn flour
Egg lightly beaten
Oil for deep frying

Ingredients for Seasoning

4 dried chills
1 tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
Grind all the ingredients to powder


  • Dust fish with flour, quick dip into egg, breadcrumbs & deep fry in hot oil until golden brown colour.
  • Mix with chilly & salt powder.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
