Ingredients :

½ kg of cassava flour
1 cup of fresh grated coconut
Sugar to taste
½ tea spoon of salt
2 seeds of cardamom
¼ tea spoon of fennel
Oil to fry

Method :

  • Boil ½ liter of water and make a hard dough with the cassava flour, coconut, sugar, cardamom and fennel.
  • Stir continuously. Then take it off of the heat and continue stiring until the dough become cold.
  • Knead the dough until it gets nice to make sticks.
  • Fry the sticks in low heat till golden and eat them with a cup of tea or milk.
