Ingredients for Fish Fry :
Mackerel- cleaned & cut into slices
Salt
Turmeric
Pepper to taste

Method :

  • Marinate fish with above ingredient for 10 minutes and deep fry in hot oil and keep aside.

Ingredients for Puree :
1 cup pineapple
6 bird’s eye chills
2 shallots
1 cherry tomato
Coriander leaves
Lime juice to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

All blend into puree & serve with fried fish.
