Duration: 2-3 hours

Ingredients

Chicken breast 1-2 (400 gms.)
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Vinegar 1-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
Ginger finely chopped 3/4 tsp
Olive oil 2 tsp
Chilli garlic paste 1 tsp

Method :

  • Marinate chicken breast in above ingredients for 2-3 hours .
  • Grill the chicken on high heat from both sides till tender n golden brown.
  • Cut the chicken on cutting board ,stir fry the veggies of your choice in olive oil season it and enjoy with salad
