Ingredients :

Fresh pineapple, sliced or cut into strips
1/4 cup brown sugar
shot of tequila
1 tsp. vanilla

Method :

  • Combine all ingredients in small pan and heat until sugar dissolves. Place pineapple slices or strips onto a hot grill and baste with glaze. Continue to baste until you have good grill marks. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with remaining brown sugar glaze.
