Ingredients :

2 boneless chicken breast
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon rind
3 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
salt to taste

Method :

  • Make the chicken a bit flat with hammer.
  • Take a deep bowl put chicken into it marinate it with salt,black pepper,paprika and leave for 20 minutes in refrigerator.
  • Grill it on a griller and glaze both sides with butter grill until cooked and golden.
  • For garlic sauce take a saucepan add garlic lemon juice and lemon rind and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Plate the chicken and pour garlic sauce on it.
  • Serve with boiled rice.
