Ingredients :
1kg chicken
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1teaspoon garlic paste
1/2teaspoon black pepper
1/2teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoon honey
1tablespoon mustard paste
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon woorstershire sauce
3 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste

Method :

  • In a large deep pan add olive oil over medium heat add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
  • Add chicken in it in cook for 5-7 minutes over high heat then add kosher salt as directed and normal salt to taste, add one cup of water and let it simmer on medium heat until chicken is tender then add honey, woorstershire sauce, lemon juice and mustard paste and cook for more7-8 minutes. serve with salad
