Mango pulp 1- 1/2 cups
Fresh cream 1/2 cup
Cream cheese 3-4 tbsp (I used 4 kiri triangles)
Powdered sugar 4-5 tbsp (less or more)
Whipping cream 1-1/2 cups
Fresh mango chunks (as required)
Digestive biscuits (as required)
Fresh milk (as required)

Method :

  • In a blender put fresh mango pulp or canned puree, powdered sugar ,cream cheese, fresh cream and blend for a minute on low speed.
  • Now whip whipping cream (if you are using flavoured whipping cream then you do not need any sweetness for this , because it is already sweet, if you are using plain one then add some powdered sugar for the sweetness and whip till fluffy)
  • In a serving dish place digestive biscuits sprinkle some milk over them, make another layer of mango puree, one another layer of whipping cream, repeat the layers again and finish with some mango chunks and whipping cream…(you can set it in glasses also for single- single serving) refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.
  • Serve chilled.
