Ingredients :
3x 65g mars bars chopped
90g butter
3 cups rice bubbles

Topping:
200g milk chocolate topped ( what ever one is your favorite)
30g butter

Method:

  • Grease a lamington tin.
  • Combine mars bars and butter in a large saucepan stir constantly over low heat without boiling until mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in rice bubbles.
  • press mixture evenly into prepared tin.
  • Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over hot water ( double saucepan)stir until smooth.
  • Spread over mixture refrigerate until set .
  • Cut into pieces.
