Ingredients :

2\1 kg Flour
2\1 liter Water
1 cup oil or butter
5 eggs
teaspoon vanilla
pinch of sugar

Method :

  • Boil the water with the Fat.
  • When Boiling add the flour and mix well it will form a dough.
  • Let aside to cool then add the eggs one at once.
  • Add the vanilla.
  • And our dough is ready .. put it in piping bag and pip it in hot oil to fry it until golden brown.
  • When done sprinkle with sugar syrup (1 cup water + 2 cups sugar = half a lemon ) and boil for 5 min
