2\1 kg Flour
2\1 liter Water
1 cup oil or butter
pinch of sugar
- Boil the water with the Fat.
- When Boiling add the flour and mix well it will form a dough.
- Let aside to cool then add the eggs one at once.
- Add the vanilla.
- And our dough is ready .. put it in piping bag and pip it in hot oil to fry it until golden brown.
- When done sprinkle with sugar syrup (1 cup water + 2 cups sugar = half a lemon ) and boil for 5 min
