Serves 3-4

Preperation Time 40 Minutes


  • 1/2 kg mice meat or chicken
  • 3 medium size onions
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 tea spoon turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tea spoon dhania powder
  • 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tea spoon garam masala
  • salt for taste
  • jeera
  • green coriander leaves
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • oil


  1. Take the mince meat in a large bowl
  2. Cut onions, tomatoes & chillies in small pieces and add them to the mince meat
  3. Add the ginger & garlic paste
  4. Add all the dry spices i.e. turmeric, dhania powder, red chilly powder & garam masala
  5. Add salt, coriander leaves, jeera & 2 eggs to the mince meat
  6. Now mix this entire mixture thoroughly
  7. Take a non stick fry pan and add 3 spoon oil and spread the oil all over the fry pan
  8. Place the mixture in the fry pan and pat it flat covering the entire fry pan
  9. Now take the remaining 2 eggs and beat them in a small bowl and pour it on top of the mixture which is now in the fry pan. DO NOT MIX IT.
  10. Place the fry pan on the gas with low flame and cover it with a lid
