Multi Grain pre-mix 150 gms
Flour 500 gms
Fresh Yeast 2 tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Salt To taste
Sugar 2-3 tbsp
Corn Meal 2 tbsp
Oven Temperature 180 deg C / 350 def F / Gas 4


  • Mix multi grain pre-mix and flour together with oil and salt
  • Add sugar to to 1 1/2 cups of luke warm water
  • Add yeast and to the water and keep aside for 10 minutes
  • Now make a soft dough with this yeast mixed water
  • Knead well. In case more water is needed, just add lukewarm water
  • Cover with a plastic sheet and leave aside for 1 hour. The dough will double in size
  • Punch the dough and bring back to the original size
  • Shape it into a loaf and keep it on a baking tin powedered with corn meal
  • Keep aside for 30-45 minutes
  • In a preheated oven, bake the dough for 20-25 minutes, till done
