Ingredients :

2 eggs
1/2 cup sliced fresh or caned mushrooms
2 tablespoon chadder or mozrila cheese
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Method :

  • Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk them. add mushrooms, cheese, salt and pepper.
  • drop oil on hot non stick pan and pour the egg mixture and scramble until firm.
  • Enjoy healthy morning stay fit.
