Ingredients :

1/2 cup nofat or 1% low fat milk
1/2 cup nofat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon or according to your taste honey(no sugar)
2 fresh peaches
1 pinch ground cinnamon(dar chini)
1 pinch ginger (if u like)
Ice cubes as much cold you like

Method :

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until mixed properly. Then add ice cubes and blend again.
  • pour into a glass and enjoy healthy drink.
