Ingredients :

Flour – 2 ½ cup
Yeast – 1 tablespoon
Sugar – ½ teaspoon
Salt to Taste
Warm Water – 1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese

  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Knead it with Warm Water until the dough become soft.
  • Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep it to rise for 1 hour.

For Filling:

Minced Beef – 250g (boiled)
Big Onion – 1 chopped
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 teaspoon
Tomato Paste – 1 teaspoon
Salt to Taste
Chili Powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Oil

  • In a pan heat the oil and add Chopped Onion, Ginger & Garlic Paste and fry it.
  • Then add the Minced Beef, Tomato Paste, Chili Powder, Salt and cook.

Method:

  • Take the risen dough and make some balls.
  • Roll out the dough ball in a round shape and keep the filling in one side.
  • Spread some mozzarella cheese on top of the filling.
  • After that fold it to a half circle and close with fork tines.
  • Apply some Egg Yolk on top of it and bake it at 200 temp for 30 – 35 min.
