Preperation Time


500gms of chopped legpieces of Pork
100gms dry red chillies
Pinch of chinese salt (ajinomoto)
4 tomatoes
Salt to taste
Water accordingly
25gms Cumin seeds


  • Put all the ingredients except the cumin into a pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes.
  • The pork should be cooked properly.Once it is cooked properly,fry the cumin seeds in a pan and then grind it to powder and add it to the meat and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until the water dries and there is a kinda gravy.
  • Serve to eat with rice/roti.
