Ingrediants:

Prawns:large size;1kg
Rice good quality.1kg
Onion:one medium
Ginger garlic paste:1tbsp
Green chillies:10 to 15 no
Coriander:1cup
Mint leaves:1/2 cup
Garlic cloves:3to 4no
Zeera peesa hoa:1tsp
Garammasla peesa hoa:1/2 tsp
Garam masla whole
Salt:as per your taste
Red chilli:1/2tsp
Lemon juice:2
2tbsp
Oil:1/2cup

Method :

  • Firstly make a green chutny blend corriander,mint,zeera,garlic clovesn green chillies n make a green chutny then fry the onion till golden then add ginger garlic paste and bhuno well. Add the green chutny,salt, red chillies and bhunai now add cleaned prawns and stir fry don’t over cook the prawns. When water has evaporated  add half of lemon juice and peesa garam masala and simmer it for few min. Now boil the rice with salt and whole garam masla then drain it and now make a layer of rice in a pan then add prawn gravy then put the remaining rice on top add some garam masala and remaining lemon juice add pinch of zarda color and simmer it.
  • Serve it with raita or green chutny.
