Method :

  • Boil raw mango and mash the pulp to get a smooth puree.
  • Sieve the mango pulp.
  • In a blender add the pulp, crushed ice, sugar syrup, a little rock salt, pinch of crushed black peppercorn and chaat masala. Churn to get a smooth mixture.
  • Pour in tumblers and top with soda/chilled water and crushed ice.


  • To add punch to this drink mix few drops of Tabasco.
