Ingredients
1 packet baby potatoes, halved, and steamed for about 10 minutes
2 red onions, sliced
Olive oil
Sea salt
Paprika
Pepper
Some sprigs of fresh rosemary
Balsamic vinegar
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celcius
- Layer your roast potatoes in a baking tray
- Sprinkle with olive oil
- Add the red onions and mix through, using your hands
- Season with the salt, pepper and paprika, giving it a bit of a stir
- Sprinkle some balsamic vinegar on a bake until crispy, about 30 min
