Ingredients :

1 kg of prawn
Lemon juice
Salt
Butter
Olive oil
5 garlics
Parsley
Chili
1 glass of beer

Method :

  • Prepare the prawns and spice with lemon juice and salt for 10 minutes.
  • Put them in a recipient with butter, olive oil, chopped parsley, smashed garlic cloves, chili and the beer. Roast for 20 minutes in 180ºC.
