- Cut off the top, clean the seeds of hot pepper and cook in water for three times to remove pungency.
- Make a sauce with onion, garlic and chili paste. Incorporate meat, rub salt and pepper, then add the oregano, peanuts and vanilla cookies.
- Fill the hot pepper, add a slice of cheese and cover. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve with baked potatoes with cheese.
