Rocoto (hot pepper)
Onion
Garlic
Red pepper paste
Beef and pork
Peanuts
Oregano
Vanilla cookies
Salt and pepper
Cheese
Potato

Method :

  • Cut off the top, clean the seeds of hot pepper and cook in water for three times to remove pungency.
  • Make a sauce with onion, garlic and chili paste. Incorporate meat, rub salt and pepper, then add the oregano, peanuts and vanilla cookies.
  • Fill the hot pepper, add a slice of cheese and cover. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with baked potatoes with cheese.
