Ingredients :

1/2 kg boneless chicken
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
2 medium sized choped onion
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp hot spices powder
1/2tsp oregano powder
1/2 thyme powder
2 tbsp tomato catchup
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp yogurt
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste

Method :

  • Cut the chicken in big slices.
    Take a deep bowl add chicken chopped onion, hot spices, black pepper, salt, ginger garlic, oregano, thyme, ketchup, egg, yogurt, lemon juice and olive oil and leave it for 2 hours in refrigerator.
  • Preheat the oven at 180c° for 20 minutes then put the chicken on baking tray and bake for 20-30 minutes or till its golden. If u don’t have oven then use a pressure cooker or BbQ… Serve with salad and Nan or Chapati and Zera Chatni..
  • Low fat healthy and nutritional.
