A can of San Marzano tomatoes 1 kg (12oz.)
500 gr.(6oz) Spaghetti large
2 cloves garlic, whole and crushed
A handful of capers
50 gr.(2oz) Anchovies in oil
Black olives (Qt. to taste)
Red chili flakes
Parsley finely chopped.


  • Heat the 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet, add the garlic, being careful not to burn it, add accordingly capers, black olives, anchovies.
  • Cook until the anchovies are dissolved, about 1 minute, add the tomatoes crushing them with a fork. Cook for about 6 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and let it rest while you cook the spaghetti. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti keeping aside a little for the final decoration

Tips:Serve Hot and eat immediately.
