Chopped spinach- 2 cups
Eggless mayonnaise – ½ cup
Sour cream (or 1/3 cup hung curd + 1/3 fresh cream )- 2/3 cup
Finely chopped onion- 1/2 cup
Garlic peeled and minced- 4-5 cloves
Chilli flex (optional)- 1 tsp
Olive oil- 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
- Blanch spinach leaves. Chop the spinach fine, chop the onions, peel and mince the garlic.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Serve with any chips, French fries or tikkies.
- It is very good & healthy with Finger millet ‘s (Ragi, nachani) baked nachos.
