Ingredients :

1 kg of crab
500 gr of cream
3 soup spoons of coriander
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 soup spoons of olive oil
Grated bread

Method :

  • Wash the crabs and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Tear the crab meat into shreds and keep the shells.
  • Fry the onion and the garlic on olive oil, add the crab with the cream and the coriander. Fill the shells with this mixture.
  • Pulverize with grated bread and put on the kiln to roast a bit on the top. Serve hot on the shells.
