Serves 4

Preparation Time 15 Minutes


2 Eggs
1 Onion finely chopped
1 Green chilly finely chopped
1 tomato cut in very small pieces
Coriander leaves
1 Cheese cube grated
Salt to taste


  • Mix all the ingredient together except the eggs.
  • Beat the egg and add salt to it. Spread the egg mix  thinly on to a pan.
  • Put the mixture on the one side of the omelet.
  • Fold the other half of the omelet on to the mixture (D shape)
  • Cook it from both sides
