1/2 kg maida (refined flour)
750 gm sugar
1 cup grated coconut
Sliced mix dry fruits as required
2 tsp ilaichi powder(green cardamom powder)
Desi ghee as required
- Boil the milk and stir it till it becomes thick. Then cool it.
- In the milk add maida, sugar, coconut and ilaichi powder. Mix well & dissolve all lumps.
- Heat the nonstick tawa or pan. Spread some ghee on it. Make round shaped pancakes.
- Fry these till they turn red golden brown. Garnish with dry fruits. Serve hot.
