Ingrediants for tortilla chips dough
1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup maize flour,
1/2 cup corn flour,
2 tsp oil,
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 t sp paper,
1/8 tsp red chilly
1/8 tsp mustered power
Water for dough

Ingrediants for salsa sauce
4 medium size onion
1 tsp lime
1 potato
4 green chilly
2 red dry chilly
20 flecks of garlic
1/8 tsp black paper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mustered power
1 tab sp corn flour
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup water
1 pinch orange-red colour
1/4 t sp sugar

Method for tortilla chips

  • Mix all things and make a tight dough with water.
  • Now make thin chapatis with rolling pin
  • Cut in diamond shape and prick with fork.
  • Deep fry them till it became light brown and crispy.
  • Shift on Tissue paper

Method for salsa sauce

  • Shift all things in a pressure cooker.
  • Give one pressure.
  • Churn it
  • Serve salsa sauce with tortilla chips

Tips
We can also make instant salsa sauce with-
1 tsp.red chilly sauce
1 tsp-green chilly sauce
2 tab sp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp soya sauce
1 tab sp water
Mix all things and serve with chips
