Ingredients :

1 kg chicken
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon mustard paste
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon oregano powder
2 tablespoon lemon juice
A pinch of yellow food colour
3-4 tablespoon olive oil

Method :

  • Take a deep skillet, pour oil in it and heat it over medium heat.
  • Add ginger garlic paste fry it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add chicken in it and cook for 4-5 minutes.add salt,pepper,honey,mustard paste,oregano,honey and lemon juice.
  • Add a 1/4 cup of water,cover the lid and let it simmer until chicken is tender and water is dry.
  • Serve with salad and boiled rice.
